i have upgraded my cpu from a pentium 4 3 gig single core to a pentium d 945 dual core see attach file. and a foxconn p4m8907ma motherboard the bios is upto date. and windows xp pro 32 bit. when i turn the computer on it starts for a few secs then the screen says no signal and restarts. can anyone help me please
