Please do not share information about the warranty numbers of your product.
To gather information regarding the warranty life of your product, you must visit our warranty website (https://supporttickets.intel.com/warrantyinfo?lang=en-US).
Make sure you are using the correct FPO numbers and ATPO on their corresponding option. I tried using the information you shared with me, and I can gather information without any problem.
