This processor does not include a cooling fan or solution.

Look under Package Specifications for PCG 2015D.
You can also use third-party thermal solutions. Look for the following Thermal Solution Specification: PCG 2015D (130W).
Take into consideration that the thermal solution has to dissipate the TDP of the processor according to the specifications on ark.intel.com. It also has to match the CPU socket and the motherboard socket.
- Thermal Design Power (TDP): represents the average power, in watts, the processor dissipates when operating at Base Frequency with all cores active under an Intel-defined, high-complexity workload.
To get the best third-party thermal solution for the processor we recommend contacting the cooling solution manufacturers.
