who can check the functionality of an Intel Core i9 7980xe?

Hallo,

A customer of mine has a computer with a board from MSI a Creator x299 socket 2066.
There is an i9 7980xe on the board.
The computer does not start, the board has been checked and should be fine, now I'm looking for someone who can check the processor for functionality.

Take it to a repair shop.

But, you can have them check the power supply.
