why i dont have intel hd 4000 inside my i7 3630qm

i have a toshiba satelite l 850 1xv ; i7 3630qm inside the intel hd cannot be detected at all i tryed every thing bios everything i can t find a solution i am runing in low resolution now thx to amd stupid drivers i know intel is the best please tell what to do to make intel hd 4000 work

Yes, your processor has HD4000 graphics:

However, Toshiba has decided to not use HD4000 graphics and provided you AMD Radeon graphics instead.

 

If you have concerns about this, contact Toshiba.
