Hello Madhu77
Intel makes products to work with the available operating systems and software at the moment the products are released.
Some parts may not qualify to work properly with newer operating systems reason why we may limit the release of newer drivers.
If we have not released drivers for a specific Processor, Chipset or Graphics controller to work with Windows 10, it could be because the platform in question is not fully supported by the operating system or it is too old.
The following web document shows the different Graphics controllers and Chipsets that have driver support for Windows 10. For the ones that don't we do not have plans to release any driver for Windows 10.
