Hi,

we are building Windows IoT Core devices and need a BSP package for x5-Z8350 CPU as per site below:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/iot/bsphardware
I was able to download and use BSP for other CPUs, however our target CPU seems to be missing.

Can you please help me locate a download link?

thanks!

Hello @Zajda

We do apologize for the misunderstanding. After further research, we realized that this type of request is handled by our Resource and Design Center team or by the Computer/Device Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

Please kindly address this request to your OEM or to our Resource & Design Center for further guidance. On this website, you may find technical documentation, software, tools, and support you need to design and build with Intel® products.

Some of the information there it's public and some other information might need special rights, for instance, a Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreement (CNDA) with Intel.

You need to register first and create an account in order to access the public resources available. Please refer to the Sign-in link.

In case you need to contact Resource & Design Center support team, there is a persistent prompt throughout the Resource & Design Center website to "Contact Us." This can be used for technical support. Opening this prompt provides a path to a number of support options. You should find an option to open a support ticket under "Resource & Design Center Support". Hello @Zajda

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

We understand that you have some inquiries regarding Intel Atom® x5-Z8350 Processor. Based on the PCN information (PCN 117818-00) for Intel Atom® x5-Z8350 Processor, (you can find it in the product specifications under the tab "Ordering and Compliance"), the support was transferred to the Embedded Architecture.

We have a forum for those specific products and questions so we are moving it to the Embedded Intel Atom® Processors forum so it can get answered more quickly.

Best regards,

Hello, @AndrewG_Intel:

Thanks for your help to this customer.

We want to clarify that the processor related to this thread is a non-embedded device, as you may confirm on the following website:

https://ark.intel.com/content/www/us/en/ark/products/93361/intel-atom-x5z8350-processor-2m-cache-up-to-1-92-ghz.html

Or, you can confirm in the yellow-highlighted information of the attached screenshot related to the provided website.

Due to this fact, the Cherry Trail family processors are out of the scope of support of the Embedded Intel Atom® Processors forum.

Best regards,

@CarlosAM_INTEL
