My processor is only recognizing 24 GB of corsair 3000 Mhz ram.
I verified all ram Sticks and Stuck in old is 5820k and it sees all ram.

Please read more carefully before replying.

The ram is fine, the motherboard sees all 32 GB with it 5820k in
When I put in xeon 2680 v4 which is on the cpu support list, it only sees 24. So I am here at Intel community looking for answers on the xeon 2680 v4 14 core cpu. I'm thinking it might have some bad lanes ???
What tool would I use to test this cpu ?

Can someone please point me in the right direction

It sounds to me like this Xeon processor has a bad memory controller and is only seeing three of the four DIMMs.

Not sure what you mean by 'audit tool'. Here are links for some of the tools available:

  1. Intel Processor Identification Utility
  2. Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool
  3. Intel Extreme Tuning Utility (XTU)

Hope this helps,

Ahhhhh, Thank You. I was figuring it was a bad something...lol...thanks for the links.

I'll return it and try again...using Blue Stacks and the core count helps, big difference with 2680 v4 from it 5820k
I will keep you updated

Well, that's a question that you will need to ask Gigabyte; it is their BIOS that is responsible for this.
