I assemble new PC specs I7-10700K. Everything seems fine when I'm installing the software until I install Xtreme Tuning Utility (Intel XTU) then everything becomes haywire. The pc shutdown then it won't boot up already. Pc will turn on and then will shut down again. I notice the LED in the motherboard stuck at CPU. Now my pc won't boot up already. I try to clear cmos but still not booting. Please help on this.
