Hello zachry,
Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.
I would like to let you know that Intel does not support/recommend overclocking the CPU since it can damage the processor and your computer.
As per the Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU) version, unfortunately, if you updated to version 7.6.0.37 there is no older version in the download center.
However, to try to help you further provide the following:
1. Report from the Intel® System Support Utility:
2. Can you share more details about the issue?
3. Can you take a picture or a video where we can see the issue?
Regards,
Deivid A.
