接收触发后使用fpga对高速ADC输出数据采集并上传上位机

用200M 8-10位模数转换器(ADC)对信号采样,高速比较器检测触发信号。检测到触发后,通知fpga接收ADC发送的parallel lvds信号,并将数据存到外置ddr3内存(想要大于1GB)中,接收一段时间后(小于0.125ms)停止接受,等待下一次高速比较器的通知。再将ddr3中每一次接收信号的那段数据中提取特定的1024个位置(位置已知)的数据,并通过pcie或usb输出(输出数据量大概30MB/s-120MB/s),请问大概什么型号的fpga可以实现?有没有成品的开发板?如果没有的话,要自己做板子,有什么其他fpga配套器件推荐吗?
