Hello resident experts and fellow members, I have a few questions regarding the ALTERA CYCLONE IV FPGA - EP4CE75F484.
- Are there any industrial use programmers which we can use to flash/upload software onto the FPGAs?
- Any third party vendors/contacts if possible, whom I can get in touch with as we have a requirement to procure and test an industrial programmer with high efficiency/speed and of course, robustness. We are aware of the Intel USB blaster but are worried about its robustness in an industrial use case.
Any suggestions/advice would be appreciated.
Br,
SL

I am sorry to tell you that there is no industrial use programmers. You may either implement JAM STAPL (https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/programmable/support/support-resources/download/programming/jam.html) into embedded system such as microcontroller or microprocessor in order to performed the JTAG programming directly into the FPGA without the need to use blaster or you can also performed remote system upgrade where you use Remote Update IP and flash interface IP to performed it remotely.
