For Agilex 7 i series development kit (4x Ftile) transceiver data rate support is mentioned as 116Gbps at max.
can i get any reference eye diagrams from intel, in order to verify the capability support for data rate.
thanks

Hi AR_A_Intel,
Thanks for considering my query and response.
I am working on transceiver IP design to check the Serdes capability. Link for board files referring this link for target device
part number agib027r31b1e1vaa, to get the board files under Table 3. Documentation in installer package but could not find a link for this particular device -DK-SI-AGI027FB, i have doubt like whether i am referring the correct link can you help on this to get the board files so that i can get the better understanding on available configurations.
Regarding reference eye diagrams still i didnt get that, so, if possible, can you provide any source to get the eye diagram to have an idea on Data rate range for FGT PMA's which is mentioned as
1-32 Gbps NRZ
20-58.125 PAM4

Hi
Thank you for the update. Could you help verify whether FGT or FHT transceivers should be used? Please note that only FHT transceivers can achieve speeds of up to 116 Gbps, while FGT transceivers are limited to a lower data rate. It is important to choose the appropriate transceiver type based on the performance requirements of your design.

Hi
For the Agilex 7 I-Series FPGA device with part number AGIB027R31B1E1VAA, reference board files for the DK-SI-AGI027FB development kit should be available through the Intel Agilex development kit documentation. You can access these resources under Intel's Agilex Development Kits. This link provides information on the Agilex AGF027 and AGF023 kits, and Table 3 within the documentation often includes links to board files and configuration guides.
The link is a helpful starting point for understanding the device's capabilities.

For reference eye diagrams at specific data rates, the Intel Agilex Transceiver PHY User Guide typically details performance metrics like the supported data rate ranges of 1-32 Gbps NRZ and 20-58.125 Gbps PAM4 for FGT PMAs. If these diagrams aren’t included in the public documentation, you may request it through your distributor. Refer link https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/partner/where-to-buy/overview.html
