Where is Altera C2H? Is replaced by OpenCL? On Altera website there is no trace of it

I believe C2H was last seen in Quartus 12.0. The guide is still online https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/ug/ug_nios2_c2h_compiler.pdf and is written for Quartus 9.1
