I'm currently using 32-bit PC. I also have De0-nano-soc, Cyclone5-5CSEMA4U23C6 board. There's no proper Quartus2 version support for 32-bit version. please give me a solution

You can still get Quartus v13.1 32-bit version. However, for Cyclone V, using 32-bit version of Quartus is not recommended:

Get a 64-bit PC?

You probably have no choice but a 64 bit computer and OS.

The "not recommended" point is related to Cyclone V synthesis memory requirement. Designs for smaller devices like A5 still worked for me on a 32-bit 4GB system with Q13.1
