Altera MAX EPM7256AQI208

Hi, 

 

I have an Altera MAX EPM7256AQI208 device and after de-capping the device i have found a die marking of Z1225 on the inside. 

 

Is this the die used for this device? 

 

any help would be greatly appreciated.
