What are the differences between the following Altera's Part Numbers:

  • EP2AGX125EF29I3N - EP2AGX125EF29I3G
  • EP2AGX125EF29I5N - EP2AGX125EF29I5G
  • 10CL025YU256C8 - 10CL025YU256C8G

Are these components interchangeable?

Thanks.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Intel community.

Please be noted for OPN that ended with 'G' suffix, it is RoHS compliant devices.

As you can see in the device overview for Cyclone10 LP below (page 5), there are descriptions for the OPN.

https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/hb/cyclone-10/c10lp-51001.pdf

This also applicable to other FPGA device al well. Device that ended with 'N' suffix is obsolete and replaced with device that ended with 'G' suffix.

Hope this help.

Regards,

Aiman
