Altera to Intel: EP2SGX130GF1508C4N to EP2SGX130GF1508C4G

Hello,

I am looking for some info related to Intel p/n EP2SGX130GF1508C4G. This was initially an Altera part which was p/n EP2SGX130GF1508C4N.

The suffix "N" on the Altera part called out RoHS but I cannot find any info on what the suffix "G" calls out on the Intel part.

My assumption is that when Intel took over the product, the substitutued the "N" for a "G" to signify RoHS compliant but cannot find a spec sheet.

Can anyone confirm this? Thank you in advance,

Hi,

Here is the update for your question.

Here's the link to the latest update on ADV1828:https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/programmable/us/en/pdfs/literature/pcn/adv1828.pdf

Please be noted that Stratix II "G" version is not yet available, as indicated in the revised advisory ADV1828.

There is no electrical spec change associated with the conversion to "G" device. Stratix III and Arria II devices may be affected with package changes.

There is no expected change to the Stratix II package.

Thank you.

Regards,

Aiman
