After playing around Nios II, I am looking to learn Verilog / VHDL. Are there any entry level tutorial for gently learn how to blink LEDs, reading temperature etc on the BeMicro SDK? Thanks in advance.

This tutorial has a setup for the BeMicro-SDK

I need to update the simulation stuff for 12.x and 13.0 (Altera have changed the way they setup the Modelsim scripts), but the synthesis stuff works fine.

Cheers,

Dave

Thank you Dave, the wiki page is a bit.. too difficult for me.. Are there any simplier tutorial, like clicking a push button to toggle an LED? I wanted to grasp the very basic of Verilog and how to use the Atlera tools. thank you in advance.

Edit: Found another thread (also by you Dave) with two program files blinking LED on the bemicrosdk

Could you please show me how to use these in Quarus? Thank you in advance.
