As per PRODUCT DISCONTINUANCE NOTIFICATION PDN1708, I'm afraid to tell you that there's no replacement for EPC8QI100.

Since Stratix GX EPISGX10D is a very old device, I would suggest you check the following Stratix lineup which may have the right features that are applicable to your application.

Please provide a more comprehensive matrix of "Intel® Stratix® Series Common Features" going back to Stratix 2002 showing the features similar to that on the link (which only shows back to Stratix iv.)  Note: clicking the "--- View All ^ ---" link currently does nothing on that page.

Could you provide the specs, how many channels for the transceiver, the xcvr speed, etc, so we could suggest a suitable board for you?

Based on my observation, Stratix GX is perhaps equivalent to Cyclone 5 only.
