Hello,

We want to use following Arria V device in our design.

Device : 5AGXMB1G4F35C5N

Can anyone please confirm us, if it is cavity down chip or cavity up chip.

I idea is to know its package thermal enhancement so that we can take proper care of cooling mechanism in our board design.
