Arria 10 device ESD voltages

Hi 

We are having FA for Arria 10 device 10AX048E4F29E3SG.

The problem is electrostatic discharge.

We want to know the ESD sensitivity levels (HBM & CDM) voltage levels for this device.

Human Body Model (HBM) :

GPIO Pass 1500V; HSSI Pass 1000V

Charge Device Model (CDM) :

GPIO: Pass 500V*; HSSI Pass 250V

2 GPIO pins pass 400V
