Arria II GX supplys, VCCH_GXB and VCCL_GXB ?

Hi, My name is Jean and I would like to use the Arria II GX !!!

My questions are :

1 - If we do not use Tranceivers, do we need to provide the following supplies: VCCH_GXB, VCCL_GXB?

2 - In this family, do we have a Power Sequence, or we can activate all sypplys at the same time?

3- Can I have a 3.3volts in configuration section (JTAG and passive configuration)
