ArriaV GZ RREF pins

Hi all, 

 

What happens if the RREF pins of ArriaV 5AGZME1EH29 are left opened.Does the VCCIO/VCCPD/VBAT pins take over current?

i think no over current, but pll can not drive as expected. having jitter. tranceiver will have link issue. rref is reference register pin for pll and tranceiver.
