CPLD max 7000 part # EPM7512AETC144-12

Hello All, does anyone know why on the package label of the above part# , the LABEL says part# EPM7512AET144C12GZ (THE SUFFIX GZ ???) MEANS?? 

The actual device is marked correctly without the GZ. Wondering if it is a program of sorts?? 

Any reply is greatly appreciated.
