Hello There ,
This is related to Intel PCN : Arria® 10 Device Datasheet update of 2/ 18/ 2022.
Can you please provide me with more details about the reason for this change ?
is this change related to error in the datasheet or related to new test results and findings?
Does this change affect reliability and specifications ?
the main concern at my end is the following as it was stated "CUSTOMER ADVISORY
ADV2202 "
- Removed the note “If VO = VCCIO to VCCIOMAX, 300 μA of leakage current per I/O
is expected” in Table 7 of page14 - Removed HIO for RSDS and Mini-LVDS in Table 19 of page24
- For VICM (AC and DC coupled), Update condition Vcm :0.65v, 0.7V, 0.75V to
VCCR_GXB: 0.95V, 1.03V, 1.12V in Table 33 of page32 - Removed timing diagram in figure 2 of page 49
Thank you in advance for your support, I appreciate it if you ca reply ASAP
