Can 10M16DCU324I7G support 16 bit DDR2?

1) From the emi user guide, it should be support.

2) But from the pin out excel, it only shows 8 bit DQ pin assignment.

Then, Can 10M16DCU324I7G support 16 bit DDR2?

Hi,

As per the data sheet & other documents (emif spec estimator), it is clear that 10M16DCU324I7G  supports 16 bit DDR2. In the pin out XLS sheet, the DQS x8 column tells the DQS group per data lines (DQ). DQS x8 tells that for every 8 DQ, there is a DQS pair. So, in the pin out sheet, you can see that 8 pins with DQ0R group and 8 more pins with DQ1R group. So totally 16 bit DDR2 DQ pins contain 2 DQS pair.
