Can I use a USB Blaster II (with Windows 7) to program an EPC2 device, using Quartus II programmer, with .JCF and .POF files created with MAX+PLUS II

Hi Thomas, Yes, you can program EPC2 devices using Quartus II but I am not sure about programming of .JCF & .POF files in Quartus II programmer & that too generated from MAX+PLUS II. Alternative way is that, You can refer the 'MAX+PLUS II Design Conversion' with Quartus II 9.1 & try to compile & generate the programming files in Quartus II from the link below, https://www.intel.co.jp/content/dam/altera-www/global/ja_JP/pdfs/literature/hb/qts/qts_qii51002.pdf please let me know if you have any different concern.
