Can not download package of cycloneiv

I can not download 484 pin package of below link: 

 https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/packaging/04r00416-03.pdf  Other packages are able to be accessed.  Any other path of downloading 484's?

looks like a broken link :( i suggest you file a service ticket to Altera on this. But when i search the file name, there seems to be a copy on other sites: 

http://www.solder.net/components//com_chronoforms/uploads/contact//20140604093439_04r00416-03.pdf  I am not sure if the file is legit though - but looks to be.
