We would appreciate your support to if this part (EP4CE10F17I7N) is affected by any of the SVHC materials listed in the latest REACH version (REACH 242 - published in Nov-2024) or not based on new article Definition (O5A) , and if so, kindly mention the SVHC material name affecting the part and its concentration.

FUSION WORLDWIDE appreciates your support, and please inform us if this should be routed to a more appropriate contact and/or department.

We reviewed your response and found that the old Material Declaration Sheet (MDS) linked below:
http://download.siliconexpert.com/pdfs2/2023/3/7/14/35/51/271311/int_/manual/ep4ce10f17i7n_20210716113455_v1.xml

indicates that CAS# 108-78-1 (Melamine) exceeds the limit with a concentration of 1711.57996354642 PPM in the Substrate.

However, the REACH COC document:
https://www.intel.com/content/dam/www/central-libraries/us/en/documents/eu-reach-svhc-response.pdf

states that all SVHC substances may be found in Intel products, but Melamine (CAS# 108-78-1) is not included in Intel products.

As a result, we cannot use this Material Declaration to update the part status. Could you please confirm the current REACH status for this part or provide an updated Material Declaration?

Part Number: EP4CE10F17I7N
