Cyclone 10 GX dev kit LVDS loopback

I am trying to create FMC loopback with LVDS assignments on Cyclone 10 GX development kit. Please see the problem I came across below 

  first, to achieve this goal, i need to use the following ip:   https://www.altera.com/en_us/pdfs/literature/ug/ug_altlvds.pdf      updated for intel quartus prime design suite: 17 (https://www.altera.com/en_us/pdfs/literature/ug/ug_altlvds.pdf) www.altera.com 1 LVDS SERDES Transmitter/Receiver IP Cores User Guide The low-voltage differential signaling serializer or deserializer (LVDS SERDES) IP cores     https://alteraforum.com/forum/ad20bd2d-7839-4380-98ab-223d30445bd5    second, to use this ip, i need to use one of the following 2 tools:    1- IP Catalog 2- Platform Designer   Please see two separate sub-problems when I try to use these tools:     problem 1a- "ip catalog"       "IP Catalog" option under tools menu in both Linux and Windows version of Quartus Prime Pro 17.1 is not functional. It sounds like there is something wrong with your installation of Quartus. Which edition are you using (lite, Standard, Pro)? Cyclone 10 GX is only supported in Pro.
