Hi
Aqid Ayman
Thank you for your answer.
Because of the browser, I can't reply directly to your reply, I'm very sorry。
Q5: Since I can only test the surface temperature experimentally at the moment, can you tell me how to derive the TJ temperature from the surface temperature? This www has Rjc. TJ=TC+P*Rjc?
A5: Could you define more on what do you mean on the surface temperature? Is it same as junction-to-case temperature?
Q5: I mean the surface temperature is junction-to-case temperature。can you tell me how to derive the TJ temperature from the case temperature? TJ=TC+P*Rjc?
Also,Can you tell me the reason for the large static power consumption of 10GX?
10GX(10CX085YU484)static power consumption is 1W(TA=30℃),
but 10LP(10CL006YU256C6G) is 0.1 w?
THANK YOU !!

Hi,
I afraid that I did not have the answer for it. Maybe you can check with FAE regarding the method to derive the TJ temperature from the case temperature.
As for your second question, as far as I aware, Cyclone 10 LP was built to reduce the power consumption for the user. You can refer more here: Intel® Cyclone® 10 LP FPGA Devices - Intel® FPGA
