Cyclone 4 input voltage tolerance

Hi. I am using an Altera Cyclone® IV EP4CE22F17C6N FPGA on a Terasic DEO NANO board. I was wondering if this device is 5V tolerant on its inputs, specifically to the FPGA. I have not seen anything in either Terasics or Alteras documentation to suggest whether it is or isn't. As I haven't seen anything saying it is, I'm going to presume it is not 5V tolerant for the time being. But if someone could clear this up for me, I would appreciate it.

Regards, Glen.

Cyclone IV handbook has clear words about it. No recent Altera FPGA is 5V tolerant.
