We are doing radiation testing on a 5CEFA9F27I7N FPGA.  We'd like to know the material type and thickness of the plastic package so we can calculate the expected transmission of X-rays of various energies.

The material declaration appears to apply only to legacy products.  In any event, when I enter my part number I eventually get to a page that tells me "Access Denied".
