Cyclone V drop-in replacement questions

Hi, my company has a legacy product built on an Altera Cyclone V 5CEBA5F23C7N device.
We are thinking to swap it for an Altera Cyclone 5CEFA5F23I7N. As we are not going to use the internal memory controller, and as the frequencies at play in our system are not higher than 75 MHz, is the part a valid replacement?

One way to check this is in Quartus.  Add the replacement part to your design as a migration device.  Then in the Pin Planner, you'll be able to identify if there are differences that would prevent drop in replacement in the migration view.  See here:
