Hi Amay,

Can you confirm that the 1P1SX110HN2F43E2VG is correct device part?

It's look like the Stratix 10 device but I'm not sure about 1P.

May I know which board that you are working on?

Regards,

Adzim

Hi Amay,

Thank you for your confirmation.

By the new DDR test, do you mean for validating the FPGA?

Do you have the link to that new DDR test enhancement?

Adzim

Hi Adzim,

We do the FA for Intel 1SG280HN2F43E2VG, the FA report(pls review Engineering Evaluation Report
CI2427-9514
) shows after WW15 2023 adding the DDR testing to cover the DDR issue. we do not know any more information.

Currently Intel 1SX110HN2F43E2VG(DC: 2433) meets the same DDR failure issue, pls confirm whether Intel add same DDR testing for 1SX110HN2F43E2VG.

pls check your internal team and reply to us ASAP. Till now we rejected 12pcs Intel IC 1SX110HN2F43E2VG with DDR testing.

thanks

Amay

Hi Amay,

Sorry for the delay to reply in this thread.

They are not familiar with the term cut-in DC. What is the term means?

And the DC in the picture is the label on the FPGA?

Adzim

Hello Adzim:

DC is means product date code and cut-in DC is means the improved product date code when you implemented the DDR test.

Could you please advise it? And we want to know whether the product DC is 2428&2433 of attached photos, thanks!
