In case anyone has a problem with DE0-Nano and Quartus Lite 21.1 with the testing software "ControlPanel" on Windows 10 x64 (21H2): Run the ControlPanel software as administrator, and it will work properly. It won't give an error about finding the Quartus Installation Directory (misspelled) or loading a certain DLL. Good luck.
