DE2 Board won't start

Hi,

I have an old development board (DE2 cyclone II FPGA) but after the power button is pressed it gets stuck in a state(attached picture shows this) this happens in RUN mode but it acts normal(I think) in AS mode.

For the question, Does anyone know why this happens(hardware or software fault)?

Is there a .pof file from intel that I can reload/reset the board to fabric version?

NOTE: For my designs I have only used .sof files to load the FPGA never any permanent .pof files

Thanks in advance

/L

Hi,

You will need to change the SW19 switch to PROG position so that it is power up and configured through EPCS flash.
