My computer won’t recognize the FPGA board when I open programmer in QUARTUS. (VHDL code is wrote on a 10M50DAF484C7G board which is DE10-Lite.) It’s plugged in, a brand new device, new computer. I don’t understand why it’s not showing up in the device list to start programming.

Did you install the drivers?  Do you see the USB connection in Device Manager?

Hi,

Can you check your USB Blaster drivers? Try to uninstall and re-install the USB blaster driver again. Make sure the driver is installed correctly.
