Hello,
After searching the Altera website, I can't seem to find a document specifying the footprint for the MAX10 10M02V36 36-pin BGA. Does anyone know where I could locate this? The link provided here appears broken (at least for Chrome and IE): https://www.altera.com/support/support-resources/download/board-layout-test/pcb/pcb-cadence.html Note: I need this information for a design in Eagle CAD. Thanks for your time and help. -JLink Copied

Altera, did I understand this wrong? How can you not provide PDF datasheets with footprint info? All I want to do is buy your product! thanks for using mysupport.
please be informed that we're no longer support pcb footprint; what we have right now is cadence.olb symbol format; which could be found under link:
