Difference in internal structure depending on speed grade

EP2C35F672C6N and EP2C35F672C8N have different speed grades.

Are the internal structures of these two devices the same?

(The production time is the same.)

There is no physical difference between different speed (ie, 4,5,6,7,etc) and temperature (C,I) grades of the same base device.

They are just based on process and yield characteristics at they time they were fabbed.

So the exact same SOF or POF file could be used without recompilation.

The device JTAG ID does not change between different speed/temperature bins.

In fact the only way to tell the difference is by the physical package marking.
