Answer:
1.Rd OCT does not support calibration
2.Only one RZQ pin is needed for one IO column banks if they have same VCCIO
3.Internal 100ohm diff input termination on ref clock pins of GXB do not support calib, neither.
Finally I still can not understand why Intel and it's representative is so irresponsive on technnical support. Disappointing.

Differential OCT does not require calibration resistors. Calibration resistors are only required for series and parallel OCT.
