Does HBM2(Stratix 10) support Burst length 128/Burst width 256 mode?

Hi, I am working on implementing the HBM2 in Intel Stratix 10(1SM21BEU1F55E2VG).

The design with the AXI4 Burst length 64 performs well.  But it seems Burst length 128 cannot receive the responds signal from the slave device.  The Burst size is 32B, address is 32'b0. As calculated, 4KB boundary is not exceeded.  Is there any other reason that may cause this problem?

Thanks a lot!

Hi,

May I know which Quartus version that you're currently used?

Does the backpressure mode is enabled in HBM2 IP?
