Apologize for the delay as we were investigating this as a highly importance issue. Please see my reply below.

 

OPN EP1C12Q240C8N both Assembly site ASEM and ATP are qualified for this package/device type. Probably your company received the part from ATP and now received ASEM part (qualified and assembled since 2003) which brought your attention due to different in lead frame design. However, please note that the different of design does not impacted the functionality of the device/package.
