Hi,

We have been asked to verify if part number EP3C16U256C8N falls under the characteristics identified in (a) or (b) or No. Pls confirm asap

 

Reference to Singapore Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2021, it is noted that the product FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY (FPGA) is found as one of the dual use goods mentioned with the below characteristics, please confirm whether the product traded for this transaction with RTX has the characteristics mentioned.

Hello,


FPGA also have single ended and differential signal. Which can exceed 700Mbps.

FPGA is not a one way only aggregated transceiver, it has Tx and Rx which can exceed 500Gbps.

So the category neither (a) or (b) .
