I work with Altera Quartus prime edition.
The device that I use is EP4CE15F23I7.
I would like to know how to change the pin planer in excel and then import it - Based on what I tried this is not working for me.

Hi Idanb,
First, you may export your assignments as csv file, change .qsf to .csv, then open and edit it in excel. After you have done editing, import the csv file into Quartus again.

Go to Assignments -> Import Assignment -> <select your csv file location>.

As you can see in the file name column, I selected my csv file (testing.csv) . Then click OK to import it.
