EPCS128 JTAG indirect programming trouble

Hello!  

I'm Trying to program EPCS128 device in JTAG inderect mode, but at 94% Quartus II 11 shows this error: -------------------------------------------------------------- Info: Started Programmer operation at Tue Oct 25 08:34:20 2011 Info: Configuring device index 1 Info: Device 1 contains JTAG ID code 0x028040DD Info: Configuration succeeded -- 1 device(s) configured Error: Can't recognize silicon ID for device 1 Error: Operation failed Info: Ended Programmer operation at Tue Oct 25 08:34:30 2011 -------------------------------------------------------------  I'm trying to fix this error already 3 days and have no idea what to do next. Meybe some error in banks powers, which uses multiple voltages. All my schemes is attached. Can You help me? Thanx in advance!  P.S.  I'm using USB Blaster tool The .SOF file in JTAG mode is programmed successful.

I have the same problem, have you fixed it?

I have fixed the problem because I had a short circuit in the board between two protection diodes. I am nearly sure you have a hardware problem too.

make sure you select the EPCS128 as the config device in "covert proogramming files" window.
