EPCS4SI8N has Internal wafer mark ST

Hi there, 

we have a part: EPCS4SI8N manufacturer is ALTERA, but the Internal wafer mark ST. So we want to confirm the phenomenon is normal or not,

pls help us confirm it, thanks

Please be noted that EPCS4SI8N  was obsolete in 2018.

If the device was purchase before the obsolete date and was purchase through Intel authorized distributor, customer should not be worry about the device authenticity or wafer mark issue.
