I have want to confirm the parts (bottom side) have the pin hole and the X-ray leads frame is it possible different by different origin?

1.Please clarify which part of pin hole did you mean at the bottom side?

2.If it is the same device, everything should be the same including the function of the device even though they were from different COO.

Because my customer take the X-ray to compare , than find out they are not same Lead frame .

So is it same functional of these parts? or is not normal?

Hi  jchiu23,

 

Please noted that there's a change for Max3000 including  EPM3256ATC144-10N. Hence there are a few different for the lead frame BUT the function for both device is still the same. You may refer to PCN below for more information:
