I am a very newbie to Altera devices.
Now, I'm checking the package dimension of 5M40ZE64C5N which is EQFP 64pin device. There are two different descriptions about pin spacing and I'm confusing. The altera package document https://www.altera.com/content/dam/altera-www/global/en_us/pdfs/literature/ds/pkgds.pdf says the pin spacing is 0.4mm in p57 But in a different document like http://dkc1.digikey.com/jp/ja/tod/altera/max-v-overview/max-v-overview.html it is "0.5mm EQFP package". I can found the value in other documents. Does somebody tell me which is correct?Link Copied

Hi k,
0.4mm pitch is correct, based on a measurement on Altera 5M80ZE64C5N in EQFP64 package. Regards, Martin- Mark as New

Thank you Martin,
There are very few pitch conversion boards available for 0.4mm. And that is what I am afraid of.
